Fresh green tea from the high-altitude estates (2000 m above sea level) of the famous Da Xue Shan mountain. Uniform, loosely twisted leaf of light to dark green color with white tips.
Dry leaf with floral and gooseberry aroma with a hint of young grass and a light sweetness reminiscent of honey or fresh fruit.
Delicate smooth fruity-floral taste with traces of bamboo shoots complemented by mineral freshness and a sweet aftertaste. Typical chestnut tones and light spiciness can also be found in the infusion.
